William Barney Mills

Randolph, TNWilliam Barney Mills, 78, passed away on November 19, 2019. He retired from maintenance at Cargil and was a Millwright. Mr Mills was a member of Randolph United Methodist Church, a member and Past Master of Tipton 226 Lodge in Munford, Scottish Rite, York Rite, an avid hunter, fisherman and Grandfather. He leaves his wife of 58 years, Inez Mills; daughters, Holley Mills Morris; Vanessa (Allen) Wilson; son, Bo (Trish) Mills; sister, Rebecca Davis; eight grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.He was predeceased by his parents, Raymond Mills, Dorothy (Doc) Cook and a brother, Larry Mills.
