He is survived by his parents, Brenda Brady and James David Douglas; sister, Jere` Sawyer of Millington, TN; brothers, Doug Smith of Dewer, Co and Spencer Douglas of Millington, TN. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 20 from 12:00 – 2:00 pm at the Munford Funeral Home Millington Chapel.
