Roberta Wilbanks Hugo, 56, of Memphis, TN passed away January 22, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents, Junior and Edna Wilbanks and brothers, Marvin Wilbanks and Danny Wilbanks. She is survived by her son, Joseph Hugo; sisters, Donna Wilbanks and Mary Wilbanks; brothers, Carl Wilbanks and Michael Wilbanks.
