Martha Louise Cummings

Martha Louise Cummings, age 89, of Arlington, TN passed away on January 15, 2019. Louise was the daughter of Aubrey and Ruby Reid. She was a life-long member of New Salem Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Lakeland, TN serving as pianist for over 40 years and enjoying her church's many activities especially the quilting group. She graduated from Bolton High School in 1947. She was a housewife, loved living in Bolton and participated in community activities including memberships in the Millington Rainbow Girls, Millington Eastern Star, and the FCE Extension Club. Louise is preceded in death by her parents and her husband John to whom she was married for 52 years. She is survived by her son, Shaun (Jenny)Cummings. Visitation is Saturday, January 19, 2019 from 2 - 4pm at Munford Funeral Home Millington Chapel. Service is Sunday, January 20, 2019 at 2pm at New Salem CP Church, 6813 Salem Rd., Lakeland, TN 38002.
