David Thomason
I remember meeting you in the fall of 1990. Little did I know, how impactful that day would be on the rest of my life. A friendship began, then an adoption into an entire family. You became a second mother to me during a very impressionable time in life. You greatly influenced many cross roads of my adolescence. Thank you for your guidance, your acceptance, showing us your fun loving spirit, the many meals around your table, teaching me how to dance to the jukebox in the living room, the opportunity to be “family” and most of all... thank you for loving me as one of your own. While your body is now at rest, your memory will live on because I will never forget who you were and what you’ve done for me.
You opened your home to so many... I’m thankful that I was one!
