Mr. Millican leaves his wife of 60 years, Martha Millican; daughters, Tracey Millican, Leigh Millican; son, Clay Millican; sister, Sadie Culp; grandchildren, Megan Pickens, Nathan Williamson, Priscilla Heyward, Cale Millican, Dalton Millican; great-grandchildren, Grey Williamson, Zoe Pickens, and Jolie Belle Heyward. He was predeceased by his sister, Katherine Hanks. A graveside service will be held at 2pm on Tuesday, February 27th at Poplar Grove Cemetery in Drummonds, Tn.
