J V Monroe

JV Monroe, 79, passed away in his Atoka home on April 12, 2020. JV was born on September 5, 1940 in Bremen, Georgia to Clifford and Irene Monroe. He is survived by his wife Hazel Sutphin Monroe, his three children, Robin Carroll (Russell) of Plainfield, NJ, Jay Carpenter, (Dana Truhan) of Foster, RI, and Heather Little (Joey) of Atoka, TN, one granddaughter, Hannah Grace Little of Atoka, and one sister, Geraldine Williams (Bobby) of Bremen, GA. He also leaves behind several nieces and nephews.The family will hold a private service on April 18, 2020 with plans to celebrate JV's life as soon as gatherings are safe.Read Obituary
