Mrs. Dottie was a very caring lady, knew her from working at the Walgreens in Frayser and then she lived across from my parents in Atoka. Mrs. Dottie will be dearly missed.

Atoka, TnDorothy Lula Chambers, a retired Pharmacy Assistant for Walgreens, passed away on December 31, 2019. She was 90 years of age, and attended New Salem Methodist Church. Ms. Chambers was predeceased by her husband, Billye Chambers, parents, John and Byrtie Seratt; and a brother, Bill Franklin Seratt. She leaves her sons, Johnny Chambers, Jerry (Wanda) Chambers; grandchildren, Jessica Bryant, James Chambers, Rebecca Chambers; and two great-grandchildren, Harley, and Elsa. The family will receive friends from 10am until the service at 11am on Friday, January 3rd at the Munford Chapel. The family requests memorials be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
