Arnold Eugene Glover

Arnold Eugene Glover of Covington peacefully departed this earth for his heavenly home on May 7, 2020 while in the care of Baptist Memphis Hospital. Born on May 14, 1939 in Nashville, Tennessee he was the eighth child of twelve children born to Thomas and Maggie Moore Glover. He was preceded in death by his parents and seven sisters, Wilma Green, Cecil Red, Lucille Gulledge, Mildred Sweeney, Dorothy Ballard, Christella Horton and Baby Grace Glover, two brothers Robert Earl and Billy Wayne Glover and one grandson Roy Dallas Glover. He leaves two brothers James Glover of Covington and Thomas Ray Glover of Brighton. He is survived by the love of his life Valda P. Glover Gray of Magnolia Creek in Covington, one daughter Kathie (Don) Saemenes of Brighton, and four sons Matt Glover of Covington, David “Scie” (Sara) Glover, K.C. (Loretta) Glover and Daniel Glover all of Brighton. Mr. Glover was blessed with thirteen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. Munford Funeral Home in charge of interment. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday May 12th beginning at 3:00 p.m. at the Morrison Cemetery in Brighton, Tennessee.Read Obituary
