She is survived by her son, Phillip Carlisle (Rhonda); parents, Roy and Gladys Allen; sister, Jeanette Newton; and two grandchildren, Hannah Carlisle and Matt McAnally. There will be a graveside service Saturday, July 7 at 2:30 pm at Big Creek Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Kidney Foundation.
