Larry "Tex" Allard

Larry “Tex” Allard, 64, passed away on February 8, 2018 in Memphis, TN. He is survived by his mother, Dorothy C. Allard of Millington, TN; brothers, Alan (Dee Dee) Allard of Canton, GA, Daryl Allard of Fayetteville, AR, David Allard of Millington, TN; sister, Laurie (Kevin) Kelly of Larkspur, CO; five nieces and one nephew. He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Allard. Tex was born February 18, 1953 in Victoria, TX. He served honorably in the US Army. Barber shop quartet singing and leading church singing were times he cherished as well as spending time with his many friends and family he loved and was loved by. A memorial service will be held Thursday (Feb 15) at 2:00pm at Berclair Church of Christ, 4536 Summer Ave., Memphis, TN 38122 with a reception to follow. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Tex’s life.
