Jimmy Wayne ArmstrongJuly 14, 1965- January 29, 2018 Jimmy Wayne Armstrong, 52, passed from this life to claim his eternal peace on January 29, 2018. He was blessed with a large family whom he unequivocally adored. At any family gathering, Jimmy could always be found happily surrounded by one or more of his 14 grandkids. Jimmy was an avid outdoorsman who always found peace in his deer stand. He is preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Shirley Armstrong along with brothers, Arthur and Michael. Jimmy is survived by his loving children and grandchildren; Amanda Quinn (Jason Hadley) and her children Ethan and Mikey and his nieces and nephew, Mary, Melanie and Austin of Atoka, Robyn (Brandon) Riley and their children Elijah, Harrison and Violet of Millington, Holli (Ryan) Wilson and their sons Hunter and Oliver of Newport News, Virginia, Heather (Andrew) McCain and their children Andi Claire and Connor of Brighton, and his son Kelby (Audrey) Armstrong and their daughters Madilyn and Charlotte of Drummonds. Jimmy was blessed in life with devoted siblings and adoring nieces and nephews; his sister, Carolyn (James) Roberts and their children Whitney Voyles, Kimberlie Roberts and Alex Roberts, sister, Susan Vilseck and her sons Joey Berford and Greg Berford and his brother, Roger (Ellen) Armstrong and their children Alicia Armstrong, Tiffany Daniel, Roger “RW” Armstrong and William “Billy” Armstrong. The family will receive friends at Munford Funeral Home - Millington Chapel Friday, February 2, 2018 from 2:00-3:00pm with a chapel service to immediately follow.
